Organising a programme for a Festival is just like cooking a good meal for friends. We have to choose good seasonal products and take great care of the mixture and association of flavours as well as the finishing touch. At the end of the process and without really meaning it, some particular savours emerge and take over. In this year 2010 one can point out not only a refreshing panel of young talents emerging in France and in Britain but also an exotic perfume coming from far afield.
